- All prescription or product cancellations will be at the discretion of our in-charge & deemed canceled under the following conditions:

- The opened product package will not be refundable.
- The authorized cancellations will be credited only upon receipt of the Returns minus the shipping charges. The shipping charges will be credited only when the error is from our side
